I have a book called "Choose The sex of your baby" by Hazel Chesterman-Phillips. Its similar to the Shettles method. But it recommends not to use the douching method unless youve consulted your doctor first as it can lead to infections.

I know of website called "in-gender" that has a whole lot of info on different methods to choose the sex of your baby (just add the dot com to the end). So you might find that helpful too.
