Hi Macca- yes, I totally agree that stress is a major barrier in TTC.
However- diet, toxicity and lifestyle factors are also very important for a healthy conception. It just seems unfair and frustrating at times when all the research indicates that these factors apply as much to men as they do to women- and yet women make the vast majority of changes with men making little (if any!) changes.
I mean, its not as though men can't carry on drinking etc once he woman has conceived- unlike the woman who has to carry on being concsious of what she ingests during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Is it really that much of a sacrifice for them to make a few lifestyle changes to increase the chances of a healthy conception?
Surely there are a few men out there who have??
