The month we got lucky, I used preseed for the first time (love that stuff!!) Magic! I was temping and using OPKs which was important as I had VERY long cycles. We BD the night I got a positive OPK, and the following night.
We BD'd missionary position, then I put a pillow under my bum, and fell asleep (ie: didn't get up straight away).
That's it I think!
Although preseed is expensive, I think it's worth it's weight in gold!
