MelP - my DH had a vasectomy about 12 years ago too - so we're a bit worried about the chances of success. Does the presence of sperm antibodies effect the result? We had had two cycles of ivf and one frozen embryo transfer (bt for that on 20/7), but if that doesn't work we are considering changing clinics or doing a reversal.
