Will reply with results details when on PC but I have hypothyroidism caused by Hashimotos so antibodies - prior to getting pregnant with DD the levels were borderline for requiring thyroxine. When got blood tests done at 4 weeks my results were then shocking and the GP scared me a little by getting me an urgent appointment with endocrinologist that afternoon - I went on thyroxine straight away and DD is totally fine - levels are most important in first tri because after that babies own thyroid kicks in. The way endo explained to me, was that my levels had gone so shocking was because the baby was taking the hormones leaving
me depleted so baby was not deficient at that time but left untreated then could have led to baby not getting enough. So in your position I would TTC and just make sure you follow up getting thyroid levels on track, and even if they say levels don't require treatment now make sure you are tested as soon as pregnant to check still ok.
