I'm sorry, I cant help from the female point, but i conceived my first 3 children on the first try, and then meet my new partner. He was on zoloft. We didn't concieve till 6 months after going off the medication. Since then we have fallen pregnant twice, both on the first go again. I do beleive the medication had a lot to do with it.
