hi, i take zoloft 50mg for PND. I consulted a dr (my drs locum) about ttc while still on it. We discussed the pros and cons and came to the conclusion that a happy and sane mum is worth the small risk that may be associated with taking it while pregnant. She said the biggest risk was a withdrawal effect after the baby was born. But i figure that a small amount goes through the breastmilk so the baby would be getting it no matter, since i would be going on it straight after the baby is born anyhow.
