I have the full set of Bessemer, but am thinking of changing it to something made from cast iron as I'm not too sure about the safety aspect of aluminium

Scanpan are really good, they have a good warranty where they'll replace it. Myer have them on sale at the moment 30% off. We have had one of their frypans for about 15 years and its still great. We use it everyday.
