Have any of you made heavy doughs like pizza or bread dough with your machines? I'd be interested to hear what kind of jobs you do with your machines.
Mine came with all the attachments, too. it just doesn't have the power to handle the job. And that's although at the time I was told it did have the power and was pretty much top of the range. I think it was around $300 new. So not a cheapie.

Ooooh, I want one too, plan on going to check them out on Tuesday.
Let us know what you find out, Mags. And if you end up getting one, I'd love to hear reviews.
My MIL bought me for chrissie a OSKAR 400, it does everything, and is not big and cumbersome (sp) like the others ... It's a pocket rocket, and has every connection you gals are looking for
I lorrrvvve it
i checked it out online. looks a bit small to be using it for bread or pizza dough....
is that right?
If you are after something to handle dough then the Kitchenaid stand mixer is the way to go, that was what is was originally built for. Sounds like the food processor you have is trying to be too many things. Sometimes you need different appliances to get good results.
