Today I went and brought myself a brand new breadmaker, mainly because I have to buy DD bread with no preservatives and additives and I have to drive half an hour to get it so I thought I would invest in a bread maker instead. It does everything, from bread to jam to pasta which is great.
I brought a Lauckes bread mix just so I could try it out and OMG it is the nicest bread ever, so so yum.
Does anyone have any tips on how to make the cheapest loaf, buying the bread mix equates to $1.75 per loaf for me is there a way to get it cheaper, is it cheaper to buy bulk bread flour and yeast etc than the bread mixes.
