oh wow! i have to join in on this one! i am so in love with my TMX!! had it now for 2 months and think its just awesome! have already made so much in it. tea last night i made the red thai chicken curry. made my own red chilli paste before hand. it was absolutely delicious!! not at all hot like i was thinking.

made the choc hazlenut spread the other week. that was delicious. only i used dark compound chocolate. thinking next time to just use a block of cadbury milk chocolate and see how i go. a friend actually commented that the spread tasted much better then nutella!!!
