tashybabe, there is a recipe in the EDC book for ice cream to do in the thermomix. so easy and done in around 2 mins i think
Great. I'll look it up. What volume does the recipe make? i'm running out of containers . DH's favorite flavour is cookies and cream. Do you think if I bought some Oreos that would work? I dont have time to make biscuits today.

no ice cream maker tash, just cook the mixture then into the freezer then remmix after 3-4 hours
