We made Fried rice from Quirky cooking blog & it sooooo good & so easy to make.
Also made Choc custard, tomorrow i plan on making Thermie mash potato & not sure what else.
Thanks Olive are the puddings hard to make? We don't have our home demo for another 3 weeks but i'm keen to try the puddings.
I used the ones from the book in the mix, but use a recipe from the forum community!
Quirky cooking is a blog I follow a lot.
The salami fettuccine from the EDC ( the one tmx came ith) is great, as are choc chip cookies
We had the QJ cashew chicken for dinner. FANTASTIC! Although I used peanuts. Made two batches of coconut rice and upped the veg and chicken. And it was perfect. Enough for 4 adults and two hungry kids. Served the kids first then add chilli to ours. Perfect.
Thermite is making soup for dinner as I write this! Have been making QJ's dumplings (her's is a sausage casserole which is yum, but you can put them on any casserole)
There are a few. There is finance with 12 months interest free. ($15 p/w min payment or around $40 p/w to have it paid off in 12 months)
There is also a 3 month reverse laybuy type option where you pay a deposit then pay it off over the next 3 months.
I made a half recipe of rice pudding last night. I used honey instead of sugar and added coconut & cranberries. So yum.
I'll be making the chicken stock powder today. The ingedients have been dehydrating for days. Next time,I'd dry them in the oven.
i ended up making the Swedish meatballs ages ago. They were so yum. I must make them again.
