I agree about waiting for a better promo month if you can. I had no idea when I got mine and I got a Full Steam ahead cookbook. It has very little in it that interests me at all.

I cooked pasta last night for the first time in my thermie. Came out better (read far more intact) than I thought it would, but I don't think I'll bother again. It's too glutinous with such little space and water volume for the pasta purist in me.
