my girls are horrid fussy eaters. But that been said they have eaten almost every meal I have made. They love the meatballs, and the lasagna, and a fair few others. I will admit that I go through the weekly meal plan and swap out meals that I know the girls are not going to eat and replace it with ones they like. Thats about it.
There is nothing special about the meals, there are no special, magical ingredients. Its just normal everyday meals made with healthy ingredients. And the right protion size.
I think that what has changed for my girls when it comes to eating at home, is there is no other options. I dont have the canned spag in the pantry, the chips in the freezer, Im not a push over when it comes to meal time.
So yeah the little ones can definitely eat the meals.

Hestia, I have honesty found no reason to make two meals, the girls quickly got the hang of what was on offer, and they will eat almost everything I put in front of them.. And tonights dinner was burgers, mine was bunless, but thats because its accelerator day. And the girls loved them
