Yes peeps, savour every mouthful , but the next day you gotta work it!!

Sooo, I am known to be a very impatient person... so I couldn't wait to try out my new running gear!!
Yep, that's right, I went for a run. (as some STALKERS amongst you already know! Not naming anyone... APPLETREE! Lol I luv ya )
It went really well. I did "interval" training, so 5min jogging, then five minutes walking etc etc. I did this for about 45 minutes, then walked the last 15min before going home and doing my 100 sit ups!! Apparently I burned 585 calories!!! I can definitely feel it today Ohhh the pain!

Awesome work Raupe!! Interval running is my absolute favourite exercise to do. I used to do it on the tready, run for 12km/hr for 3 minutes, then walk at 6km/hr for 2. 15 minutes of that and I was knackered! Interval running is better than just steady running because your body still burns calories after you're finished.

There's an awesome running program you can do - it's called the Couch to 5km. Works you up to running 5km slowly - it's awesome!! Want me to PM you the link?

As for me, I didn't get on the cross trainer this week. There's a number of reasons for that - the main reason is that it's in the garage and the garage stinks of paint fumes from when DH painted the garage floor when we first moved in. Makes me feel sick so he is moving it to the living area for me. It also means I have loads more chances to get on it because I can do it when DD is actually awake - I'll sit her on her play mat and do it while she is playing and she'll be able to see me! Awesome!!
I've also just had no mojo this week...... still feeling fat and ugly at the moment, not myself at all. Meh.

Anyway, DD is napping just now and I have logged my food FOR THE WEEK into Calorie King so I am set for a good week ahead. Am aiming for a 30 minute walk each day with DD in the pram and 30 minutes minimum on the X-trainer each day too. Totally do-able despite another full on week.

    It's all good.

My laptop charger has died so I am on a very old and very slow PC at the moment. It has taken me literally 10 minutes to load bellybelly and get to this page. I will therefore not be getting any updates done until my new charger arrives (which should be pretty soon) so if you have an update PM me and I will get back to it once I am back on a speedy laptop.

How are we all, am hoping for a walk tomorrow, then i have PRMG's Zumba DVD"s to give a go and hoping for 15min to myself on the bike.. thats a major push at the moment though.
DD2 is playing up something shocking at night, this is the frist night i've gotten her to sleep in her cot (totally unlike her) and it's REALLY taking it's toll...

Mummasue - hope your Mojo is back ASAP.

I'm not weighing today. I feel horrible, am full of the cold and just don't want to see that I haven't made the 50's. I'll weigh tomorrow.

    Hope you're all good.

ZF, i hope everything is ok and these are good changes not bad ones!! Fabulous weight loss for the week!! You are really flying!

As for me, i am very disappointed with myself! I have gained weight All my fault too as i really went to town with food this week, just couldn't stop. Have definitely learnt my lesson, as at the back of my head i was telling myself its ok because i was doing so much exercise. Well, now i know! I really can't eat like that! We had yum cha yesterday, dinners where carb based mostly, we had pizza one night, and i ate cornchips as a snack, and i discovered the legend chicken burger at macca's and had it several times!

So, this week for me my challenge is no macca's, no chocolate and no diet coke (i started drinking it again recently and though its the diet version i am not liking my addiction!). I am also going to have a wrap for lunch each day, and salad with meat for dinner each night. Not sure about breakfasts and snacks yet, prob soy and linseed toast with tomato.

ZF - You know where to find us if you need us. Hope everything is okay and well done on the 95kg!!!!!!!! Told ya you were shrinking!!!

I "think" I've lost 1/2kg, but it's hard to tell on the old scales. My current goal is just to not gain weight. I've been eating so much, made shortbread on Friday, yeah, that was a grand idea!! Had the first Christmas party yesterday and have another one on Sunday. Plus feeling a bit sad too. My nan died in February and I'm still struggling with it, and with the family Christmas party on Sunday her absence is going to be massive. We were incredibly close. Today is the anniversary of my grandfather's death, DH and I were in Rome and cut our trip to come home, desperately trying to make it back before he left us. We didn't make it, but made the funeral. And this week I realised that nan has now been gone for longer in DD's life than when she was in it, if that makes sense. To lose both adored grandparents in a short spate of time (and nan quite suddenly), we as a family have never quite come to terms with it, and now I'm finding it really really hard.

hope all is ok ZF, here if you need to chat anytime!

Just weighed myself and I've lost 500g (according to Wii Fit, and I'm not 100% sure how accurate it is! Might be time to invest in some proper scales!). Better than I was hoping, since I've eaten pretty terribly lately, back to snacking when DD is asleep (*smacks self on hand*) and the only exercise I've done has been walking. Got back into my exercise vids today so hopefully I'm starting to get myself motivated and back on track again!
We are staying at home for christmas and it will only be us, so there won't really be the opportunity to splurge and go crazy on food.

PacRac- we can be in the 500g club together

Aah gain of 200g here... I was also thinking that the exercise was outweighing the bad foods... hmm not so! Am thinking I'm not going to worry too much till after Xmas. Currently have sick hubby & two sick kids... (so really 3 sick kids ) so just feels a bit mental right now. Maybe I'll change my mind in a day or two though

Well done to those who have lost tho!

EDIT: just had to express cos little lady is sleeping after a PATHETIC feed at 10am (& osteo treatment). Does 200ml weigh 200g? cos that's what I just took off my R side before it exploded. Sooo tempted to re-weigh

    ZF - more of these

Last night we had dinner and then instead of doing the dishes, we took off to St Kilda beach and watched the sunset. DD ran around on the sand, DH and I half-heartedly kicked a soccer ball around and we just enjoyed the balmy evening. We had a soft serve (naughty!!) and got in the car to go home. Did some detour driving to check out some properties DH has been working on, checking out the lights he's put up, and decided at 10.45pm that a pizza would be fab. OMG so we did!!!!!! We have never done anything like that before, but it was so so so good, probably the best pizza we've ever had. I'm falling off the rails girls! Zumba for me today, tomorrow and for all of eternity!!!!!!!

Sorry for not being around much. I'm stuck at around 101
Cant afford to go to the gym, not eating properly and working 7-7 Inc travel so not a lot of time to do anything. Still managing to at least eat breakfast and dinner most days

Oh ZF, i hope things are going to be ok for you sending you a huge

Pandora, wow you must be busy! Poor thing. I am so not looking forward to going back to all of that in a few months! Good work on breakfasts and dinners though! I have started having honey almond all bran this week and if you want an easy breakie i could highly recommend it!

PRMG- wow that sounds nice! I wish DF would do something like that with me, we are so not spontaneous anymore...

Belfie- if i'm not happy with my weigh in, i feed DS! LOL, and then i pee too! It all helps Hahaha

I finally started my christmas shopping today! Wow, it is hard work. I have no idea where i am going to hide everything either. I have been generally ok this week, took 2 days off from the gym as DS had 2 teeth pop through and i didn't want to leave him, but was back today. Was nice to see my gym stalker again, lol. I treated myself to some stir fry at the shops today, and then ran into my aunt who insisted on gloria jeans so i am sure i have well and truly eaten my calories + some more! Good news is that i got my replacement iphone today so i will be back to tracking daily from here on! I am not going to give up over christmas, i feel like i haven't been making very good progress lately, though when i went out with a couple of friends on Fri night they were competing over who was skinnier (they are both in the low 60's), but it was me who was being checked out by everyone so at least that felt good! Plus, i could go and buy any dress that i wanted which felt wonderful!
