Morning everyone... so it's STATS DAY... how are we all going.
Happy to say i've had a loss off 900g this week

My challenge this week is to get on the bike TWICE A DAY - maybe 15min in the morning and 15min at night.
Am doing food shopping today and will be mainly getting salad stuff and fruit, am actually quite enjoying the foods were eating at the moment.
DP doesn't mind the grilled Zucchini and i'm doing it on my Jamie Oliver pan with the tiniest bit of spray oil
Am hoping to get a walk in with Kate today, am thinking we should do the long one to push ourselves, it's nice and foggy this morn and cool so should be easier to do it.

    Hope everyone else is well.

Raupe - your doing an AMAZING job hun, they are prob all jealous... don't worry about them we all think your fabulous.

    Woohoo ZF!

I have another kilo down, so thats 3.5kgs so far! Was hoping for more, but have AF again so i know i am a little all over the shop right now, as its only 10 days into this cycle? Weird.

As for my kilo, it was actually 500g, but then i farted and it was suddenly an entire kg thought i would just go with it!

Kate07, Appletree, ZF: Thank you so much!! That really means a lot to me. What would I do without my 'peeps'? DP kept saying to me: but I notice! Nawww he's so cute. Have to weigh myself and see how I went. Surely the chocolate cake and other crappy food wouldn't have been to good. Edit later!

Oh, and my challenge for this week is to actually do the sit-ups!!!

Hello lovelies!! Another 200g off for me, which is ok but means I don't see the 50's this week *next week, next week*

My challenge for the week is to get on the X-trainer for at least 15 minutes every day - more if I can. DD and I have a full on week this week so I'll be pretty pleased with myself if I get that accomplished.

Raupe, 17kg is awesome, you've done so well - you don't need their recognition for that babe!! xx

I think I'm too scared to weigh myself this week Visitors have all gone, but I feel like I've stacked weight back on! My tummy was looking smaller and now it's not. Have already been for a walk this morning with a bit of jogging, but running on pavement hurts my knees too much and can't on grass because the pram wouldn't go anywhere! Helped DF put up christmas lights while DD had morning tea so I didn't get in my usual workout then either. Which just makes me feel like giving up and being fat and lumpy forever. Blaahhhhh hopefully I can get back on track this week because I was feeling a bit happier about my body, and knowing that the exercise I was doing was making a difference, now feel like im back to square one again.

Oh, i so know how you are feeling, i feel like a great big fat blob today. I actually went looking for a sack-like outfit to wear today i feel that gross. I ended up in some pyjama bottoms and a singlet, so we will not be leaving the house at all today. Thats alright because i have tons of washing to do and need to clean the house after the bomb hit it this weekend.

MammaSue- great work on the loss! i like your challenge

Raupe- your DP is so sweet! I wish mine would say something nice like that! I don't think he has actually noticed any difference yet... So how did your weigh in go, are you pleased?

Kat07- i was thinking about sit-ups too! The week where i actually did them i saw a 4cm loss off my waist! I will do them too i think.

I just got back from the gym, I decided to do a class today as well as my weights instead of a cardio workout. I loved the class, but the women in it were very annoying! These three women came in late and practically stood on top of me! They completely boxed me out until i had to move into a corner where i couldn't see anything. Grrr. I like my 'team' upstairs a lot better and think i will just stick to what i have been doing.

Raupe - You are doing brilliantly!

Just a very fleeting visit from me today....no change weight wise, not surprised really, and AF is here too. I feel so pathetic, I guess that's the right word, but having a rough sooky day today, so it'll pass. I just want some time for ME, IYKWIM right now, so I can go for a walk, clear my head and breathe in the air instead of running for everyone else in my life. Woe is me.

Heading out for the day so will do stats tomorrow BUT guess what ladies....

I got a pair of pants out of the cupboard, a size 18.. normally a VERY TIGHT 18 cos of my big fat bum n belly, put them on with the normal SUCK IN GUT technique only to realise they were loose around the top of the legs AND they fit me PERFECTLY no sucking my gut in to sit down!
So now i fit into my sexy stretch size 16 jeans and my black 'dress' pants... woo hoo!

Arrrghhhh, nightmare eating day today, it all went wrong when i slept in and decided to grab some maccas on the way to the gym... Hasn't stopped since! I am banning myself from going back into the kitchen, not another thing is to pass my lips until morning where i will be having soy and linseed toast with avocado, tomato and some thin sliced ham for breaky so there is no need to eat anything else until lunchtime! Grrr to me Well, on the positive side though, i stuck to my challenge of not eating any chocolate! LOL. I just ate just about every other food there is! I even made nacho's for dinner...

Raupe- thanks, but your crappiness didn't rub off on me, i bought it on all by myself! Woohoo on 100g, i guess you are saved for another week from running

LOL PRMG- i love that song, i have it on my ipod as a 'congratulations you made it to the end of your workout' cool down/stretching song

Ginger- mmmmm, thai food! Congrats on the kilo gone

ZF- you are doing brilliantly! Well done on the pants, that is awesome!

DF got me a really cool christmas present last night (at least i hope he did, i hinted enough and i saw him with his credit card out!), i am getting a session with a personal stylist and 2 hours of personal shopping! I am going to book it in for just before i return to work so i will go back not only thin but well dressed as well! Can't wait!
