Nice work girls!

Just wanted to let you know, there is no Lite n Easy BF programme as such, they have 3 calorie levels and you can can choose your meal plan based on that intake.
You can also add mini meals/snakcs, soups and deserts to it which will increase your calories for BF.

I did Lite n Easy for the beginning of this pregnancy, I did the full 7 day breakky lunch dinner programme and it was about $160 from memory a week, the only thing you need to buy yourself is the milk.
It was fabulous, and most of hte food is pretty good, well worth it I think.

I still had to cook for DD and DH the weeks he was home (he works away a week at a time) but didn't find it hard, and DH often cooked for himself.

After bubs is born I will have 40kg to lose, I am a shortie too, by 'ideal' weight being 54kg. So that is the aim! I was there 5 years ago and can't believe how much weight I have put on, most of it whilst BF! lol :shakeshead:

WRT to shakes, don't do it. No point and it really isn't healthy. You will get further more effectively with a controlled diet and regular exercise. (Diet as in eating habits, not diet diet!).

Good luck everyone, I want my goddamned kickarse body back, and am bloody well going to get it. I am too young to be fat.
