I hate having to start the day without a shower. I always allow some time for a shower in the morning no matter how early I'm getting up. The only thing I wouldn't shower for is swimming.
I am exactly the same. I am not awake without a shower! Wish I could just roll out of bed and go for a run but its never going to happen!
