    Great ideas Hollo!

SS babe, hang in there. Even a tiny change every day makes a difference. Exercise was the main hangup for lots of us, so you're ahead of the race anyway.

Now if that is not motivation I dont know what is! LOL

Woo hoo Bella! Fiji sounds awesome!

Well yesterday I was still too sore to go for a jog so I got on the exercise bike and did a 30 min program with hills. It was pretty hard but I was happy with how I went because I pumped my arms as well and really felt the session. Tonight I have soccer training so it will interesting to see how my calf handles it. Fingers crossed with a good warm up I will be fine.
Started counting calories and so far am doing fine. Have a big headache today so I think my body might be detoxing a little.
    OK. Catch up tomorrow!

Bella: That is awesome! What a great motivator for you!!!

Went to the gym this morning for our personal program thing. Didn't work up much of a sweat, it was more showing us all the equipment and what we would be doing. I think we are planning on taking classes a few mornings a week, and working out in the gym a few nights a week.

I came home and ended up doing my aerobics DVD since I didn't really feel like I'd worked out. Nice a sweaty and gross now, lol.

Keep up the great work everyone!!!

WOW! Congratulations Ladies! Some great results there!! I didn't lose anything last week, didn't get a chance to try, flat out busy plus DH, DS and I were all sick, still a bit off now but from this week on I am SERIOUS! Signed up to Calorie King on Monday - Wow, that site is awesome! And Free!! I know some of you are already on it but if not, check it out! Definitely worth a look!

So this week I am sticking to eating healthy, low fat, low carb low calorie, low sugar And a minimum of 30 mins light exercise a day... We'll see how I go.... Have never had to watch my weight before falling pregnant, this is all new to me! Can't wait to get back into my Size 6's!!

Keep up the great work gals, definitely an inspiration and motivation for me!!

    Hi Ladies

    Just signing in...

Wow the list looks awesome! Well done to everyone, it just goes to show how we can do it when we just have a little bit of accountability. I know if it wasnt for a certain bb buddy I wouldnt have had such a good result. I dont want to let her down and I find myself trying extra hard with my diet etc so I can tell her how Ive been going... Kind of like AA or something...safety in numbers? lol.

I was a bit of a shocker on Sunday so Im pulling myself together again for hopefully a good loss this week again. Id like to lose 12kg in 12 weeks and I hope I can keep the momentum.

Things Id like to do this week:

    Food diary
Make another veggie soup to kill the hunger pangs with
Be motivated enough to exercise on my own

Tonight we are having homemade pizza. I made one for DH with a thick base lots of cheese etc and one for me on a wholemeal pita bread, minimum cheese etc. I hope all these little changes add up to some more weight loss. Oh I also bought low fat reduced sugar froen yoghurt on a stick so if I want a treat there is a better option than something reeeally bad...

    Hi girls,

Well I have had a really good day. I have eaten well- porridge, a crumpet and tea, veggie soup, slice of ham and low fat cheese on a ryvita, and a mini home made vegetarian pizza. I've drunk heaps of water too. And I went for a walk, did some stretches, squats, sit ups and push ups too!! But OMG, am I unfit, weak and inflexible!!!!! Really need to get on top of this fitness stuff! It was good because DD and DS watched me doing the sit ups and stuff and sat down and DD did some too, lol! DS thought it was funny and played silly games with me, which took my mind off the fact that it hurt to do 2 lots of 10 sit ups!
But that is a big reason I want to do this is to be a good role model for the kids. I want to do it for me, yes, but I don't want my kids to ever even reach the stage I am at or to feel so bad about their appearance! Hopefully this is the start of a new way of thinking for me! I am feeling really positive at the moment

    Re: BB Challenge Week Two!

Wow this thread is moving fast! Have been eating quite well the last couple of days and I'm finding my chocolate and sugar cravings have lessened. Have been eating lots of fruit and cooking up a storm in my slow cooker and getting my veggies in that way although could do with some more. No formal exercise today, just some housework, bit of gardening and playing with DS in the backyard.

Soccer training was awesome tonight! Calf went fine. It hurts more when I walk than anything else funnily enough! Am about to go have a nice vege burger for dinner - 'eatwell' vege patty, pickle, salad, tomato sauce and low fat mayo, on toasted turkish bread. Yum yum! Plus a peppermint tea.

Well, I am being super-dooper good today, lol!

Have eaten well all day, just got back from an hour walk with a friend, and tonight am off to the gym for half an hour work out, and half hour swim/sauna!
Probably over-doing it really, but I don't do it every day.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

I got back on the bike today....wasnt as hard as the other day but I was pushing myself. eg when the tops of my legs were burning I would tell myself just get to the next light pole..then when I got there I would try and push myself to get to the next one.

Litte sore for it now but feeling good

    hope everyone is working hard

    Woohoo, go Maz!!! Great work!

Forgot to mention - I got my first mention/compliment on my weight loss today. A friend I hadn't seen for a few weeks visited today and we got talking about me joining a gym, etc. She said she'd noticed that I'd lost weight! It's always nice when people notice after all the hard work you've put in
