Good on for taking the first step, I'm sure you'll have the weight off in no time.

Have you tried them yet? We sometimes do the TF for a week or so, every now and then, but were wondering what these ones would be like. Do the cost similiar to TF?

you replace 2 meals (we are replacing b'fast & lunch)
their plan is to have 6 small meals a day...
    shake for breakkie
    fruit/snack/nuts for snack
    shake/soup/replacement bar for lunch
    fruit/snack/nuts/youghurt for snack
small portion of meat and 3 serving veg for dinner
    fruit/snack/nuts for snack

it depends what you weigh on how many calories you have...i am on 1800calories a day...BUT was only on lite n easy i was on 1200calories...
