    breastfeeding maybe?? I really have no idea. But now it's getting really hard to budge the rest.

    I started Cohens in August last year. On the 28th September I had lost just over 20kgs and I found out I was pregnant so I had to stop. I have had a few stop starts since... but have just applied for my new program and I will be starting in 2 days time! I am sooooooo looking forward to shifting my weight for good.
    Sassy... try your yogurt sweetened with a hermeseta tab mixed with some pureed mango (from your allowance)
    There are cohen's forums too which are really helpful (if you've not found them already)
    I am on there under the name of Jamanoha
    Congrats on your weightloss to date... you must be feeling so proud of yourself! One thing I can say about Cohens is that it definitely works.

    Still waiting for my program to arrive I got the recipe book but no program. I am a bit bummed because I wanted to start yesterday. Oh well. And being that it is a long weekend here this weekend, it looks like I won't be starting until next wednesday at the earliest anyway!

    My cousin did this diet and lost 40kg.. it teaches you how to eat very very minimal. and doesnt encourage exercise..

    Anyways she stopped doing it.. and put on 78kg...

    I wouldnt touch this diet.. eat healthy and exercise.. much more important!!
