breads are good too. they have lots of kilojoules without really having bad fats or anything terribly bad for you.

one of my old favourites and probably how i got so big -- cheesy pasta sprinkle a little of that pre-made italian herbs & spice mix on it. yummy.

snack on steamed veges while you're feeding your dd too, one bite for her, one for you...

milo works well too. its got extra kilojouley goodness in there, like sustagen, but imho doesnt taste as bad.
