I was just playing in CK, trying to work out what calories I should be on for maintenance... turns out that it's adding 600 calories for BFing! There's no way I'm burning that much BF'ing these days! I reckon my guestimate would be maybe 200cal worth. And if I was trying to lose weight, it would give me an extra 590 cal for BFing. Weird huh, here was I thinking it always just added 500cal... maybe it's a sliding scale based on your weight & stuff?
