    Yah for Sterla

I'm home from seeing my family for the first time in 18 months and they very much noticed the weight loss. I stood on the scales (on Sunday after a night of drinking and a huge breakfast) and no loss, but probably would have shown a loss if I had done it first thing in the morning (totally forgot when I woke up on Saturday). Did lots of walking and dancing on Saturday/Saturday night, played with a nearly 3 year old and a just 1 year old today.

We're quiet in here hey! I'm thinking the fb group probably has a lot to do with that!

How is everyone going? I now only have 10-15kg left to lose! That probably seems like a lot to most, but when you have 40-45kg to lose at the beginning, 10kg seems like nothing.

I'm starting to lose weight in my boobs (finally). My bras are suddenly all too big for me, so a shopping trip is in order!

Anyway, just thought I'd check in. Hope everyone is going well .

No FB group for me. Don't know about that one Stopped following one I started to follow awhile ago as I just could not stand guilt being placed around food. So what, if there is an occasion, I am going to enjoy myself and if that means eating a bit more or something I "shouldn't", then so be it.

Well done Sterla, you have done an amazing job Get you on the boobs, I bought bras about 9 months ago and they really need replacing. Have ordered in one, in the hope it gets me through and any future bras are smaller.

AFM - yes slack with the thread, I have just been in survival mode here. DH is now really asking that we go back to the better way of eating (like 1MKC), so it is a good point to start off again

Sterla that is freaking awesome hun! You are doing such an awesome job!!!! FB group definitely because I can quickly read and check in and like posts a bit quicker than on here!!

Sopdet - that is a huge difference hun - well done!!! How is the ankle?? Are you able to run again yet??

Astrid - Crazy busy around here as well, thank goodness it's holidays! I don't have guilt but I do like the advice and ideas around on this particular group - we went out for Vietnamese tonight with my girlfriend and her DH - overate and drank but not beating myself up because we had an awesome time, but I also know that I blew out my cals and if I don't have a loss this week I will know why if I have been regularly eating badly ITMS! No guilt but also not going to expect big changes when Im not consistently eating well!! Have had 2 bad nights of dinners with take out and going out tonight - oh well!

Hello to everyone else! I got a cross trainer on ebay for $30! Woooo - it's a bit old but works well apparently and can change resistance which is all I care about! Going to pick it up tomorrow night hopefully! Can't wait!

I also ran 5km non-stop yesterday!! So proud and now I know I can physically do it and still have 3 weeks til race day!!!

Ok off to bed then work for the next few days so will pop in on Tuesday!!

I'm doing terribly, though not for lack of trying.I gained over a kilo back. I have mostly been eating well this week, only on two occasions I have had something I *shouldn't*- Thai for dinner one night (only a small serving, I tried to portion it) and a lamington. I'm not exercising alot, though trying to increase my incidental exercise. I have drunk (drank??) alot of water every day. I don't know what else to do! I know I should exercise more, but I have no idea why I have gained so much back. I am so down about it. I have tried this week.
I will start tracking my kilojoules again I suppose. Make sure I exercise properly, at least every two days.
Bleugh. I suck. I'm sick of this struggle.

Booked our holiday away - it's in SURFERS so i've set myself some stuff to do and it's time to work work work!
This morning was a 3km walk pushing DD2 with a friend (not as fast as i would have liked but better than nothing), lunch was a rye mountain bread wrap with spinach, carrot, lettuce, cucumber, cheese & salami
Breakfast was 2 slices of vegemite toast (minimal butter) with a cup of Dandelion Tea (no sugar & no caffeine - DELICIOUS)
DD2 & i shared a mandarine and this arvo i'm having some celery and an apple before lasagna for tea

BBL for personals, got a bit of tidying to do and animals to let out.

Checking in but will post in full tomorrow - how is everyone going!!???

Am a bit disappointed - as you can see from my chart, since getting new batteries it's clear my weight hasn't moved - that last weigh in was the Wii - clearly not very accurate. Anyway - I FEEL different in my jeans and clothes but it's not showing on my scales. Hav been exercising 3-4 days a week - new xtrainer is great - love it! Did 45 minutes yesterday which was a record and will hop on tonight but it's FREEZING out - like 6 degrees so might get DH to drag it inside for me, hopefully won't be too noisy.

AM on holidays so will check up on all of you tomorrow!

So totally over this cycle of loose weight, feel ok, gain weight, feel like crap & then it goes on & on... i'm ashamed to admit i've slipped... A LOT.
Am back up to 101.2 and i feel disgusting... so this is it.
    I'm totally over it.
I was supposed to be loosing weight so i could look & feel great in Surfers but that's 10 days away and i'm bigger than i have been in nearly a year

So it's back into it, got to stop the crappy excuses and do this for me, am thinking i might just go and buy a pedometer.
Am thinking when DP gets home some nights i might throw on a jacket, get our big girl cassie (our dog) and walk the hills around here - the hills will kill me but it's the exercise i need.

So who else is back in here with me?

    How are we all going?

Hey ZF! I have stabilised but definitely plateaued. So about 7kg to go and trying really hard not to slip back into old habits. So jumping back in here - food definitely the key here. I have been good and walked to school when possible, gym at least twice a week but I need to step things up a bit. Kids have been sick now coming inot the third week and I am feeling it. xxxx

Must be the time to revisit weight loss. Basically put it on the backburner for a couple of months, busy, sick, then MIL was here (who loves a biccie of an evening).

So this week I vowed to be back into it. Did a basic menu plan with some meal off the Weigh it Up site. Have controlled myself around the fund raising choccies at work. Nothing organised for exercise yet though.

Funny this thread comes up tonight. I was only thinking about posting in here today.

I've been shocking, but this week I have started on the Lose Baby Weight Program. It's designed for BFing mums and the food plan is pretty good. I had a delicious bean and mint and fetta salad for dinner tonight. There are shakes but I plan on only using those to bump up my calories.

I have been diagnosed with a massive muscle separation and am not allowed at the gym ATM unless it's on the bike or treadie (boring!) so I've been taking advantage of the beautiful (but icy!) weather we've been having and walking after the school drop off. Nate's not thrilled at sitting in the pram with Holly but "meh".

Yeah,....I suck. I'm trying to get my head back into the game again. Trying to plan and be more organised. I lost almost 5kg, but have put 1.6kg back on in the last two weeks. I have lost my mojo.
