Sas, I still weighed myself clothed last night. I really don't think it will be long before I see a 6... it's been a big motivation for me, especially as I'm starting to find my willpower is weakening. There was a fundraiser at church today where the little kids were selling all these delicious looking cakes... I resisted! I'm so proud of myself, but I'm consuming a bottle of coke zero right now so I can still get my sweetness hit. I finally remembered to take a bottle of water to church with me, and a special K bar... BBQ steak and salad for lunch (no bread for me), so I've been especially good today.
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and taking advantage of the beautiful sunshine to get out and exercise (or at least just spend some time with their family). I have to go tutor.
