Thanks girls, just popping back in to say that I've been out doing the gardening thinking of it as a 'last chance workout' like on the biggest looser... And thoguht I"d weigh myself again and I'm back to 71kg so make that a loss of 800 grams YAY

Well done Ammaki, a loss is a loss I always say! ANd re the chips... Can't say I was as lucky yesterday... we both had S&V chips like half a BIG bag each while playing online poker! I'm happy to have lost 800grams inspite of that

belfie and Emmy those gains are not too big that you can't recover from them so keep going girls! although I know how devastating it can be, I remember when I put almost as much as I had lost and my heart sunk... BUT keep going, you can do it

Well back to gardening for me after breakfast

oh I meant to add... my DH is "meant" to be losing with me... but 2 weeks later STILL hasn't signed up for WW online... he's 108kg (someone else's DH was this too?). He's a tall guy so only needs to lose between 8-13kg ... but the GP the other day said he only needed to lose 5kg so DH was thrilled. Stoopid GP grrr.

C1 - awesome work on the gardening!

sas85 - oooh I'm tempted now. Was thinking maybe I should do Sundays so I eat well before work... but I'd love to have a weigh-in buddy! And I don't think anyone else does Sunday!

well done mr squid, that's awesome!!!

i think my weight loss reward will be a visit to a day spa for a pedicure and massage. bliss!!

well i had my weigh in this morning- lost 1.1kg so i'm really happy with that. down to 73.3kg- not too far to go!!!

is anyone else in here about 165cm tall? i'm just unsure as to what to make my goal weight. i was thinking 67kg but i would looove to be 63kg- just not sure if i can get that far! what do people think?

hey guys, went to the gym again this morning for an express 25 mins workout. I lost 2kg since saturday! Very happy with that. And I even walked to the gym and back (about 2.5km).

I still can't believe how motivated I am!

Great job Danni! Our gym is 4.4km from my house, maybe if i had a bike id ride it, not sure if id need a work out after walking there and back hahaha, its all hills too! Maybe that can be a goal

Awesome weightloss Ginger! Im 168-169cm, what is a healthy weight for your height? Do you know?

Well done Mr S - you are doing so well!!

Ginger - I am 159cm and the top weight for my height is 64kg - I think you can check on the calorie king website for weight vs height

    Good job Danni!

AFM - I only lost 0.3kg this week I jogged to the gym (about 3.5km) weighed in, took Miss J for a swim (creche is shut this week) and walked home. However, on the bright side - I found out that I actually weigh 1.3kg less in bathers than in gym gear so in gym gear I am 69.2 and only 67.9 in bathers

Holy cow mr S that's a huge loss! and you too Danni!

I'm afraid my big loss days are over as I seem to be managing only grams now. I must admit I have slackened a bit since starting 12weeks ago. I need another kickstart I think.

Belfie, Sas, I weigh on a tues night. I'd prefer morning but my meeting is at 6pm.

Ginger I am 164cm... WW ideal weight range is between 54kg and 67kg. I think it's based on BMI and 67kg only just gets us into the healthy range of BMI (25). I have set my WW goal as 66kg but my personal goal is more like 64kg. I got down to around 61kg when first married but couldnt keep it for long.

I'm not expecting good things tomorrow for my weigh as I havent had a lot of good pumping exercise this week, just walking but not fast. And I am feeling a bit crap today with aches and pains so I think I'm getting sick I've been going for comfort eating a bit with cake and crackers and dips too so just doing silly things..... must... be.... strong!!!!!

Saz - that is so normal to get down to the small loss stage. I've hit that stage about 5 times now! It's why you really need to make lifestyle changes, rather than go "on a diet" which implies that you will one day get off it. Also helps to change it up a bit, and I know it can be tricky. Maybe try adding yoga or pilates to your walking, if you don't already. If it's too hard to get out, can you get a DVD or something? Swimming or cycling are other good options, but might be tricky with a little princess in tow!

I'm 171cm, and currently 68kg, so in the healthy range, but still a bit wobbly around certain parts! I find it really hard to get any kind of loss, which is why one kilo is HUGE!

woo hoo! DH just signed up for CK, I'm so excited that he's doing it! YAY!

Re healthy weight, I go off what a healthy BMI is (and what feels right for me), as well as a healthy waistline for a diabetes perspective (less than 80cm for a woman). I'm 1.58cm and for me to be JUST in the healthy BMI range is 62.4kg or less. And ideally I'd like to be about 57kg. I've been as low as 50kg in the past (had been sick) and I looked too skinny (BMI of 20 which is right at the bottom of the healthy range). So for my height, I'd say 54 - 62 is an ok range.

    Hi Chatterboxes!

Sas - I am a Tuesday weigh-in! Good luck for tomorrow!
I was hoping for 1kg loss but AF has arrived so not sure how it will all go.

Snugg - OMG a size 10!!! That is awesome!

Congrats to everyone who has had a loss this week! Hoping I can join the list.
Everyone who has gained who only gained a smidgeon. I think we are all bloody fantastic really!

As far as goals go I only really have two left. When I hit 65kg I am having a massage. I was going to have it at 70kg but put it back. I figure I will need the boost to get through the 65-60kg stage.
I turn 30 in March and want to be 60kg by then as DH and I are going away for an awesome weekend. So they are my goals.
    See you all tomorrow!
