weight in day for me in the morning
BW _ Yes, it's about time you realise that you are peeling the weight off very nicely! Your diet sounds somewhat calculating balancing your protein, carbs, sugars etc... Is it that hard or I'm just not the brightest spark??
JAZ _ This is my 3rd time at WW  but on my first attempt I lost 25kg for my wedding. I plan on this being my last time & I have a gf who is doing it with me & we plan on being in the WW magazine one day as we both love reading the success stories! hahaah
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention to you all, have you set yourselves a 'Goal Weight Reward'? I have set myself something really special, as you know I plan on losing 25kg so when I hit my goal weight I want something really, really good to reward myself but I haven't been able to work out what I want, until a few days ago & I have decided that when I am at my goal weight of 65kg I am treating the 4 of us to a family photo shoot. We haven't had them done yet as I don't want pictures of me on the wall in the current state I am, so what better reward than a photo shoot & hopefully a very nice picture of me looking fab with my family on my loungeroom wall!
Weigh in tomorrow, wish me luck!
yes i have set rewards for reaching certain goals instead of rewarding myself with food i reward myself with something else like buying new clothes or something like that
I haven't set myself any big goals... I do have a mini-goal of once I'm under 70kg I can go buy new underwear. :P
Jayne, it's not actually that hard - you just tell calorie king what you've eaten and it does the nutrient break down for you. I found it hard at first, but after a while you start to learn what you can eat and stay within the limits...
BW
A loss of 600 grams for me... I put on 100g yesterday  I think my late dinner might have been the problem. Anyway I'm happy to see a loss without actually dieting!
Goodluck everyone else :goodluck:
Jayne I have a reward money system... When I reach my goal weight I will have earnet around $600 and I intend to go on a clothes shopping spree :D
600gm gain for me. I think the 3pieces of cake I ate last night did it. After 6days of eating well you would think that would have being enough never mind. A new week. May change my weighin day till Friday.
Congrats Cherished on your weight loss amd everyone else who is about to pop in and with theirs.
oh dear I've been AWOL, but I'll blame visitors
I've been doing ok, not too many blowouts. Just caught up on the last 3 pages of posts lol! Sounds like everyone is doing great, welcome to the new folks, this thread is just the place to be!
Well I've got a 100g gain this week...BUT, I haven't expressed yet today, so that's worth probably 200-300g anyways. Shall have to move my weigh-in day, as I start back at work next Mon. I'm trying to decide between Sunday & Tuesday. I finally went through my stored clothes to see what fits. Found some old friends... and some old friends which still gave me a cake-top :( oh well. Then realised I was really bloated yesterday so tried them on again this morning... so much better YAY!
Jayne - that's such a good point re goal rewards. I've been fluffing around ever since I hit an ok BMI (and I've actually been back in the overweight BMI category the last few weeks). Think I got complacent  so that's it, I'm setting a new goal to focus myself. I've also had a little spree ready for work - new handbag, hairdo, shoes, jacket... so I'm feeling fabulous ready for next week... maybe just another .5kg loss this week to top it off hey?
All those WW desserts sound so yum. All the ones I've looked at, I couldn't eat (ingredients i can't do), so guess I'll stick with my diet coke & teensy squares of dark choc.
GL for all the weigh-ins today!!!
Haha cherished, atleast your DH ate them so you couldnt!! 600g!
Thanks T4M, im going to have to record that one!! 200g is still a loss! My loss was 300g so not far from you
Jayne, i got the pics! Banjo is sooooo adorable! LOVE the photo of your DD and Banjo in the kennel haha so cute!! No goals for me yet, i guess im used to not getting anywhere with diets so i havent bothers, but im actually making great tracks so far!
Hi Danni!! Im about the same as you weight wise, my 'ideal weight' is about 50kg less too, sounds like wayy too much to be carrying around hehe. Good job heading to the gym everyday! Ive been a little slack in that department!
Woohoo for finding the scales BW!!
Hiya Jaz! Lol at you tipping DHs coke down the sink!! I joined WW online :) love it!
Sorry to hear about DD & DH sazz! I hope they recover soon!
Aww cake will do that Emmy, it is EVIL! I was thinking of chaning my weigh day to Friday too lol, my weekends seem to be my downfall food wise!
Ginger howd your weigh in go?
Hi to everyone else
AFM, down 300g. Not a huge loss but its a loss so gotta be happy with that? I said earlier but my downfall is the weekends, im fine at work during the week as i can check everything points wise where as when im out and about im flying blind!! Just gotta educate myself a bit more!
Thanks girls, just popping back in to say that I've been out doing the gardening thinking of it as a 'last chance workout' like on the biggest looser... And thoguht I"d weigh myself again and I'm back to 71kg so make that a loss of 800 grams YAY
Well done Ammaki, a loss is a loss I always say! ANd re the chips... Can't say I was as lucky yesterday... we both had S&V chips like half a BIG bag each while playing online poker! I'm happy to have lost 800grams inspite of that ;)
belfie and Emmy those gains are not too big that you can't recover from them so keep going girls! :cheer: although I know how devastating it can be, I remember when I put almost as much as I had lost and my heart sunk... BUT keep going, you can do it :)
Well back to gardening for me after breakfast
Belfie - Ooh, Ooh, do Tuesday Weigh-in's with me :) I'm all alooooonnnne
 800g thats awesome! So jealous youre gardening! I wish i was in my gardens today! The weather is gorgeous!
oh I meant to add... my DH is "meant" to be losing with me... but 2 weeks later STILL hasn't signed up for WW online... he's 108kg (someone else's DH was this too?). He's a tall guy so only needs to lose between 8-13kg ... but the GP the other day said he only needed to lose 5kg  so DH was thrilled. Stoopid GP grrr.
C1 - awesome work on the gardening!
sas85 - oooh I'm tempted now. Was thinking maybe I should do Sundays so I eat well before work... but I'd love to have a weigh-in buddy! And I don't think anyone else does Sunday!
well i lost 3.8kg this week very pleased about that
woohoo Mr S!
OMG it is so so hott here today, just went home for lunch with the family and my car said it was 32 degrees! Such a dry heat too, i can feel the weight dripping off me teehee (i hope!!)
hi weight loss buddies
well done mr squid, that's awesome!!!
i think my weight loss reward will be a visit to a day spa for a pedicure and massage. bliss!!
well i had my weigh in this morning- lost 1.1kg so i'm really happy with that. down to 73.3kg- not too far to go!!!
is anyone else in here about 165cm tall? i'm just unsure as to what to make my goal weight. i was thinking 67kg but i would looove to be 63kg- just not sure if i can get that far! what do people think?
hey guys, went to the gym again this morning for an express 25 mins workout. I lost 2kg since saturday! Very happy with that. And I even walked to the gym and back (about 2.5km).
I still can't believe how motivated I am!
Well done Mr S - you are doing so well!!
Ginger - I am 159cm and the top weight for my height is 64kg - I think you can check on the calorie king website for weight vs height
Good job Danni!
AFM - I only lost 0.3kg this week :( I jogged to the gym (about 3.5km) weighed in, took Miss J for a swim (creche is shut this week) and walked home. However, on the bright side - I found out that I actually weigh 1.3kg less in bathers than in gym gear so in gym gear I am 69.2 and only 67.9 in bathers :D
I have lost ONE KILO! Yahoooooooo!
AND I bought a size 10 skirt on Friday! First time since I was about 12! Rip Curl size 10 too, and they're not generous - :leap:
Holy cow mr S that's a huge loss! and you too Danni!
I'm afraid my big loss days are over as I seem to be managing only grams now. I must admit I have slackened a bit since starting 12weeks ago. I need another kickstart I think.
Belfie, Sas, I weigh on a tues night. I'd prefer morning but my meeting is at 6pm.
Ginger I am 164cm... WW ideal weight range is between 54kg and 67kg. I think it's based on BMI and 67kg only just gets us into the healthy range of BMI (25). I have set my WW goal as 66kg but my personal goal is more like 64kg. I got down to around 61kg when first married but couldnt keep it for long.
I'm not expecting good things tomorrow for my weigh as I havent had a lot of good pumping exercise this week, just walking but not fast. And I am feeling a bit crap today with aches and pains so I think I'm getting sick :( I've been going for comfort eating a bit with cake and crackers and dips too so just doing silly things..... must... be.... strong!!!!!
Saz - that is so normal to get down to the small loss stage. I've hit that stage about 5 times now! It's why you really need to make lifestyle changes, rather than go "on a diet" which implies that you will one day get off it. Also helps to change it up a bit, and I know it can be tricky. Maybe try adding yoga or pilates to your walking, if you don't already. If it's too hard to get out, can you get a DVD or something? Swimming or cycling are other good options, but might be tricky with a little princess in tow!
I'm 171cm, and currently 68kg, so in the healthy range, but still a bit wobbly around certain parts! I find it really hard to get any kind of loss, which is why one kilo is HUGE!
Snuggly: OOOOOOh aaaaah! Size 10: How awesome!
Ps. Loving your quote in your sig :)
woo hoo! DH just signed up for CK, I'm so excited that he's doing it! YAY!:dance::dance:
Re healthy weight, I go off what a healthy BMI is (and what feels right for me), as well as a healthy waistline for a diabetes perspective (less than 80cm for a woman). I'm 1.58cm and for me to be JUST in the healthy BMI range is 62.4kg or less. And ideally I'd like to be about 57kg. I've been as low as 50kg in the past (had been sick) and I looked too skinny (BMI of 20 which is right at the bottom of the healthy range). So for my height, I'd say 54 - 62 is an ok range.
Hi Chatterboxes!
Sas - I am a Tuesday weigh-in! Good luck for tomorrow!
I was hoping for 1kg loss but AF has arrived so not sure how it will all go.
Snugg - OMG a size 10!!! That is awesome!
Congrats to everyone who has had a loss this week! Hoping I can join the list.
Everyone who has gained who only gained a smidgeon. I think we are all bloody fantastic really!
As far as goals go I only really have two left. When I hit 65kg I am having a massage. I was going to have it at 70kg but put it back. I figure I will need the boost to get through the 65-60kg stage.
I turn 30 in March and want to be 60kg by then as DH and I are going away for an awesome weekend. So they are my goals. :)
See you all tomorrow!

Hi everyone
Well done to everyone who has lost weight.
Mr S - 3.8 kg is a fantastic amount! I like visualising a kilo bag of potatoes - you've lost almost 4 bags of them in a week!!
Ginger - I'm 166cm and I'm aiming to get to 65 kilos at first, and then see how i go.
I've only lost 500g since Thursday, but i have lost 2cm off my chest, waist and hips.
So far I'm going ok with the dieting part, but am not getting much excersise in. The kids are on school holidays so not getting to go for my hour walk after school drop off.
Hope everyone's days for the rest of the week are so exciting that we forget about eating naughty food
Hello! I've been MIA - I totally lost all of my motivation over the weekend. I am so sick of eating healthy, so sick of standing on scales... so I took some time off lol. Looking back, I have been pretty good really, but I did have some biscuits and some chocolate. I just weighed myself then - after breakfast and I've lost since Friday. HUH? Ohhhh af. Darn water weight! So I'm going to do my kickboxing work out again today.
I'm 170cm. I'm aiming for about 65-67 kg but anything under 70 I'll be happy with.
Sounds like we're all still going well! I did have to comment on Danni - WTG on your motivation! And welcome Jaz :)
Krys - Goodie - I thought everyone was dong Mondays so great! (I actually really like Tuesdays because if I'm gong to be a bit naughty  I do it on Sundays and I like Mondays to be extra good to make up for it before weighing in
AFM - Weight this morning is 64.3 so 800g down and only 1kg to go till goal weight
He He, like on the biggest loser when they present them with their weight lost in their favourite food in a mountain in front of them. My Dad got a big tray with 12kg of books in it recently and presented it to my mum as a 'present' mum was like ???? He said, pick it up - she's like it's too heavy how is there a present underneath a tray of books  and he said well that's how much weight you've lost!
sas love it how you dad done that to your mum how wondeful and whoooooooo only 1kg to go so close yay:clap:
belfire woot that your dh is starting on the road to good health
timeformyself we all lose motivation form time to time this is when we need to go and look at that outfit or think about what you are going to look and feel like when you reach your goal then you will get your motivation back again.
i measured myself today and i have lost 11cm from my waist since i started which was a month ago quite a pleasant shock
Well I haven't done too badly this week. I have lost 800g. So down to 69.1kg. Slowly but surely. :)
Yay Kryss - you must be looking hot these days!
Mr S - 11cm wow that's awesome! Well done  and thanks re DH. I'm excited on his behalf!
sas85 - hahaha that's great what your dad did! And wow, so close to goal weight, that's brilliant!
JaZaHMum - i love the visual of the bag of potatoes too!
Well in typical fashion I weighed today (NOT weigh-in day) and of course I'm now .5kg down lol... why is it NEVER on weigh-in day!?!?!?! oh well at least i'm going in the right direction!
I'm so tiiiiired today, honestly think my brain is melting out my ears. I SHOULD do a walk/cycle/wii fit but i'm feeling sooo unmotivated! Someone, pls kick me up the ar$e and tell me to get up & do something!!
Ok i'm gonna set some goals.
- Under 60kg I'll get a massage
- Under 58kg I'll buy a new pair of shoes
Oh and it's my b'day in a few weeks, thinking I'll ask DH for dance revolution thingo for Wii Fit!
 at 11cm Mr S. That's fantastic!!!!! I really like the tv ad that's on at the moment which talks about waist size and health. It's a real motivator. Imagine the health benefits you have now from that reduction!
OOOO so jealous of the wii game. I just reaaaally want my wii and fit off layby to start with!! I'm so tempted to just put the rest of it on visa and take it home.
Belfie, how annoying that your loss was AFTER weigh in! Typical hey? I'm not looking forward to mine tonight as I had quiche and choc bisc at lunch today  Oh well, I will find out in an hours time.
A little boo hoo and a little woo hoo from me: Sat night the stupid ignorant lady at the chinese restaurant ASKED me if I was expecting No. 2. ( I know her and this is just the sort of thoughtless thing she says all the time). I wanted to cry and I swear I will NEVER wear that top again!!!!!!! :( But today someone asked how much I had lost and said how good I am looking so that made me feel a little bit better.
belfire i love the rewards that you have set for yourself when you reach your goals
thanks Mr S! Was just asking my DH what he's set.... he's thinking about it.
I'm thinking of cancelling my WW online sub and doing CK instead. Am just gonna try both for a few days before I commit either way. Wanna save the money from WW online tho... could spend more on my rewards then!
I just salvaged an old pair of "small" jeans. Hips and butt fits beautifully (and looks hot hot HOT if I may say so myself ). The button does up after a lengthy wrestle. Just. But, oh, the mighty cake-top over the top was just insane! Suddenly my motivation has just gone up a bit... my shape has changed so much!!!
Saz - aaww hun  that's foul about the chinese restaurant lady, but great that other people have eyes in their head and can see you've lost!!!
Oh and I did a 30 min cycle earlier yay. oh and CK says my healthy range is between 47 and 62 kg. Geesh I couldn't imagine being 47!
EDIT: when doing CK profile it gives warning re BFing or PG need medical supervision, but has still given me an adjusted calorie intake for BFing and lets me proceed with lots of warnings. Interesting.
oops double post
