SB - Hooray for all your exercise!! (You were close with the spelling)Not sure about keeping bits in place - pretty sure it all goes from all over! haha! As for feeling hungry I am not sure when you started darls but I know for me the first week was hard and I felt really hungry and then it eased off after that initial week.
AFM today I did a 40 min good paced walk with the pram, then another walk for kinder pick up - not too far but it's a HUGE hilland my cal intake has been awesome so I made brownies for dessert
I have been good and only had the equivalent of half a serving and can afford to have more but am pacing myself.
Someone on my FB mentioned good cals and bad cals because I had about 600 left for the day and one serve is about 200 cals and she said - oh but they are bad calories. Now I KNOW they are bad, I have been awesome all week (if I do say so myself) and am bloated and premenstrual and craving chocolate so made them but now am feeling bad. I say my self control is bad but it's actually really good - I will measure out one serve in a sec carefully and that will be it for tonight - I will not spoil all my hard work but the "bad calorie" comment has me worried now!
Going to go for a run tomorrow too - yays and I weighed myself today - day 5 of my blitz and have lost 700grams! Wooot!

for multi tasking!!! I can yell at the kids to get off the board or please get out from under my feet- or stop trying to grab the controller.. lol but i dont think that counts!! lol
and in a way i was hoping the opposite in a way.. i went from high 70's to mid 80's and i was hoping no one noticed my GAIN!!! Now i am getting closer to 80.. i am not noticing alot physically yet.. i think we have to push past those high 70's and get to mid to low 70's and then i think we will notice it!!!
lol i said i dont think i can tell my body where to loose the weight and where to keep it, but i will try lol, any tips on excercises i can do that will help there???
(coz it wont be for the night, they will get up!!!)
