Hi guys. How is everyone's week going?
Its not too bad here. Went over my allowance on Wednesday but the other days have been down. Today I was quite a bit under due to work being busy and having soccer. My net cal allowance is around 1300 and before dinner I was at a net of 100. After dinner not so bad and I had an ice-cream spider for dessert but net was still only about 800. But I didn't really feel like having much so I didn't. At least I am slowly getting past emotional eating.

Am off for a jog tomorrow morning. Long time since my last one so heres hoping. Plus am looking after the husbandry tomorrow at work so lots of activity there. Was thinking Sunday I could either cycle in to work or do an aerobcs video I have at home. It is power pilates and it is a killer! But focuses on muscles I don't normally use so is great in that way! Monday of course is futsal. So I think I am set for exercise until next weigh day.

Am really hoping for a loss of 0.8kg this week as that puts me into the 71kg bracket (even if it is 71.9). I would love to be within my 'healthy' weight range by the time my parents visit in a couple of weeks.

Anyway hope you girls are all travelling well!

krysalyss - awesome effort, you sound sooo organised! that's great. I'm inspired, think I should try plan my exercise a bit more.

cherished1 - gosh I reckon you'll be fine, as you said, you know what'll help and what'll hinder your weight loss. And just think, you can use the time you save to exercise instead!

Ammaki - oooh another one doing awesomely! You go girl!

Well I hopped on the scales this morning and was up a bit (I vary heaps anyway) but it was good incentive, so I've been really good today (had been a bit slack the last few days with my food). Plus I went for a 25 min cycle and a 30min walk. I'd been toying with doing 40 min cycle, but bub woke up, so I was proud of myself for doing the walk instead (with bub). Yay me. I have a challenge night tomorrow, having mates around, and traditionally it's a bit of a junk-fest... so determined to have a good healthy night. First time this happened when I was doing WW, I FORGOT to eat junk, cos I had so many healthy options on hand!!!

I've also been sorting out all my clothes - storing some, pulling others out - it's awesome to be able to start to fit into things that were too tight a month or so ago. LIke having new clothes but with no cost! What's not to love about that so motivation is hiiiiiigh for a good monday weigh-in.

hope everyone else is going well, happy Saturday!

    Morning everyone

Krys that is just fanstastic and you really are an inspiration I always wonder if on the biggest looser they net 1200 (woman) or if they are netting 0 iykwim? I did post the question on the biggest looser forum but no-one answered surely they are netting 1200?

belfi I can't wait to to fit into my old clothes! I had even taken to buying clothes I liked in 2 sizes so I would still have them when I loose weight and I've got a few items which I love so can't wait to fit into again.

AFM I finally got AF yesterday whhhooooooo! Came a bit sooner than I thought so I am back ttc as of this cycle, I know this isn't the thread for this stuff but I know you girls know my story and I wanted to share why I have taken my weight loss ticker off and put my ttc one on The other good news is that all my mc tests came back good so they were just bad luck and I have my confidence back again

I am also going to be planing my workouts a bit better I am going to aim to do them in the morning (now) and than have a juice for breakfast followed by my organic home made spelt toast or my smoothie 1/2 an hour later so I'd better get moving!

    Well done Krysalyss!

As of yesterday I was slightly down on Mondays weight but I have had a very social week so am not hoping for much at the next weigh in - just not a gain I had book club, a jewellery party, a little celebration last night with DP and we are off to a wedding today! So if I gain stay stable through that then I will be happy.
