Any weight loss drug will inevitably fail.
You will lose weight for the duration but then it is extremely difficult not to put it back on when you stop taking it.
If I were you, I'd pass.

Thanks everyone for your opinions. I expected these responses as I had my suspicions that it isn't the magic pill that it appears.
This drug is intended to be prescribed for the morbidly obese...being people with a BMI over 40 (which is me) I was wondering how many people prescribed this drug are actually the intended users. Maybe the side effect would be less severe? My sister was on it and I was amazed. Yes she is overweight but maybe 10-15kg overweight- certainly not morbidly obese.
Basically I was thinking it would be a short term option for me to help me get moving, not as a long term weight loss solution. Part of my problem at the moment in losing weight is the physical difficulyt I have with exercise. I am reluctant though because of all these horrid side effects
