    Exercises to do at home

So I am really keen to get fitter healthier and lose these last 10kg but I have very little opportunity to exercise except at home. At the moment I have a bean and do ab work as well as some pilates exercises I can do while watching TV in the evening but I would like to work somethings into my everyday stuff.

I try and put DD in the pram and do some fast walking when we go out
Park as far away from where we are going
Do chores and housework as fast as I can
I have a step at the sink so I can do some stepping while washing up and stuff
Dancing like crazy to Wiggles, High 5 and Bo on the go

Any others you find you can work into your day at home with kids????

Sounds like you have the cardio aspect covered - I'd suggest incorporating some muscle training now! By working your muscles it'll assist in speedier weight loss.

    - You could do push ups on your knees (with DD laying down under you so you can give her big kisses each time you are on the low phase ). (Chest / bicep workouts).
    - If you're confident enough you can lay on your back, knees bent and push DD up above your head and on the down phase keep your elbows in so they brush your ribs (tricep workout).
    - Hold DD (for the extra resistance) and do some squats and lunges. (Glutes / hamstrings / quadriceps). Make sure your toes are turned out to about 45 degrees with the squats and your knees stay inline with your toes too.
    - Two buckets of water (don't fill them up too much lol) and you can do some forward raises and side raises (shoulder workout). Just make sure you keep you belly tight and don't lift the buckets any higher than your shoulders .
    - Two cans of food (or anything you can grip easily enough) can be used for bicep curls.

Just a few ideas - HTH!
