you go girl..your doing a fab job, just remember to always have your fridge/cupboards full of healthy food options, so if you do get emotional, or if jeds pigging out,and you are tempted then the only thing you can have is healthy..and then just go for a walk, it will clear your mind

This is yet one of life's many challenges, babe! Again, it's all about developing new habits. Keep walking away from those cheese sangas and over time it gets easier. I watched Karl eat 2 king sized Mars bars yesterday and 6 months ago I would have tackled him to the ground for a bite. Now I just felt a slight distaste at how much chocolate he was putting into his body!

Serves him right too that 10 minutes later he felt nauseated!!

I just wanted to jump in here and say "Go MAZ!!!"

I travelled to Melb with Maz on the weekend and she was so good at sticking to her diet... I often forgot and offered her things she didn't want to eat on her on her diet and she always knocked it back.

I know it's gunna be hard for a little while Maz, but it won't last forever and you will be so happy once you have completed your goal!!

    xx

Ah but Tanya it was a good thing for me to with stand and not be tempted so thankyou hon

I got on the scales this week...I havent been walking as much as I did last week as its been raining (wwoooooo hoooo) and had school things to attend BUT I still lost 1/2 kg. Im not complaining...a loose, not matter how small is better then no loose at all . So ive lost 5 kg in less then 2 weeks and im loving it!!!! My goal atm is to make sure I get to my first weight goal before my parents come back from their holidays in S.A in May..so I can say look at moi hehehehe

thank you all for your wonderful support...ive come in here a few times to read when I have felt the urge or felt down (feeding time at the zoo times ) and it has stopped me in my tracks. So all your fabuolous inspiring thoughts are helping this fat woman get skinny again

    You're doing really well, chickie!

You may find that your weight fluctuates quite a lot when you weight often (I usually weigh daily) but over the course of a month, your total weight loss should be heading downwards if you stick to the plan. I set up a spreadsheet with a graph and faithfully recorded my weight on the 1st of every month, and then I would plot it on a graph. Seeing that line go downwards every month was an incredible motivational tool for me.

    OMfluffies!!!!!!!!

Im gonig to a baby shower this weekend and I usually have to wear pants that are elasticated cause everything gives me a muffin top

Ive found that im not losing weight atm more cm's which is absolutely fine by me . Ive lost 3cm so far this week (I did a sneak measure) and Jed has stepped up and said that he'll do with me now. He was doing his own weight loose thing and has lost 12 kg so far . We have decided sunday morning is measure and weight day so we'll see by this sunday if ive lost any more weight or cm's. He also told me I looked good lastnight and that the pants i had on looked big on me...woo hoo someone at least is noticing.

I found my jeans and thought...hmmm I might just try them on....OMfluffies they fit like a glove!!!! And their a size 20 I cant tell you how happy i am that size 20 after all this time. I was buying size 26 to fit and now...I cant get over it!!!!!

Im about to go on a big walk down the street with the kids in their pram....4 km's there and then that back again. HELP!!!!!!

Must say...although the weigh isnt going atm...the cms still are

Im trying my darnest to get a twin jogger to make my walking easier. I find that the stroller can only do some much and a think i could wlak faster with a jogger as it wouldnt get stuck on every little pot hole ect...but getting one second hand at a cheap price is another thing...and no one wanted to courier it to me either

Jed is doing well and we've been a great support to each other. Only things he's worried about is that my bb's are getting small I think thats such a positive thing woo hoooo

Hun losing cm's before weight means that you are building muscle mass, which will burn the fat faster, thus making the last bits easier to lose. You are doing great gorgeous!!
