Talking First steps to a new moi

IM not for advertising when I do things for myself...but I thoguht If i get in here....start a thread , then I know I will stick to this.

Ive been noticing its harder for me to get up and down of the floor, my legs hurt if I sit in one position for to long.. size 24 is getting a little to tight for my liking..and standing ont he scales today and breaking them was more then enough

So after a phone conversation with Chrissy, who helped guide me in the right way (unbeknowns to her)..i have decided that I am going to get off this buttox of mine and get motivated and be me again!!!!

Ive had my life on hold for my kids for far to long. First it was Wilhelm, then when we went of to school I had lots of good intensions. Allas Mateauz and his needs were put infront of my own so put my weight loss and me back again!

Well dame it! NO MORE I tell you!!!!

AS of now...this woman is going to evolve!!!!!

My plan of attack over the next 2 weeks...cut carbs, drink MORE WATER...have my shakes at breakfast and lunch with fruit as a snack. Make sure that I walk atleast 3 km a day with my babies in their pram. Get out and get some fresh air instead of locking myself away from the world!!!!

lets see how long I can do this for shall we

I have started this thing and im going to stick to it!

I had concerns about putting myself first too - it's almost expected by society that to be a good wife and mum, you always have to consider your needs last, right?

    WRONG!

By putting yourself first in this instance, you will eventually be a healthier mum for your husband and kids, so this is as much for them as you. Don't you forget that!

omg i couldnt have said that but that is exactly what I mean!!

I need to have a healthier mind and I feel so depressed being this big. I know im unhealthy and its starting to eat away at me (not the bad parts of me unfortuneately)
I also want to be a good role model to my kids and I beleive in eating correctly, exercising and being able to step aside and be me is completely healthy for us all.

Thank you all for your support.....I thank you whole heartedly. Its very hard to finalyl admit that I have a problem within myself and im going to find this all very theraputic.

    Your all wonderful

True.. but, i also think society all expects us to look like super model mums, but fails to give us the time to acheive it

Good luck Maz! You can do it!

OK so I get ont he scales this monring.....wanting to know before I do an damage tomorrow (will explain in a min)

Ive lost 4.5kg in not even a week I am shocked to say the least!
    I cant believe it!!!!!

I dont miss my pepsi max
I dont miss my bag of chips
I dont miss my jalsberg cheese and salami (ok maybe a little )

but 4.5kg I cant believe it!!!!

I feel better...even though I had a noice migraine for 2 days through the week...i still rugged the kids up and went for my walk.

I have a bit more engery to do things and VY is at me from the moment i wake...

we go tata's mummy...come one me go for walk

Both her and Mateauz are getting fresh air and some much needed out time from the house due to this aswell....im not driving the car down to coles when I need something...its a good excuse for a walk.......its a win win all round

My only worry is tomorrow! I have a BB meet up and im worried im going to tuck into the food. I going to try my best not to and to eat sensibly.

Here's hoping that my taste buds stay away for the day
