Thanks for starting this thread. I'd never heard if this before and never been a runner but I just got the app and seems like a great way to built up the stamina to be able to run rather then just walk like I normally do. Not sure when I'll get started but can't wait to give it a go!

I miss running - wish I was joining you! I want to do a marathon in the next couple of years. I was never, ever a runner and getting started was the hardest and best thing I've ever done!! I managed a half-marathon (21km) 7 months after starting running from scratch so its amazing how quickly fitness improves once you start running. I think it is the best form of exercise out there, its virtually free (runners & sports bras excepted) and everyone can do it. Don't have to be fast just have to keep going!

Well done girls, can't wait to hear how you are all going! Make me really jealous, ok?

I am on my last day of week 2 of the C25K and I love it! I too was a runner before having DS and this is a great way to ease back into running again. I couldn't do it without my iphone app. It is a man doing it and he is good but I don't like the music ( a bit clubby!!) but don't want to change I don't think! Keep it up Polly- it is hard but it feels great at the end of a run, doesn't it??
