    I have the original the big rope thingy is the resistance band. I don't have the 2nd one. The first one has like a PT too.

    Just thought I'd bump this as I have been using my wii fit for a couple of days now...

    It gets me sweaty and hot (as opposed to hot and sweaty ) and my heart rate rises.

    Anyone else use it? What is your fave activity?
