What about Jenny Craig, you don't have to get all the meals. My Mum just started on this and is doing her own breakfast. I know she paid about $120 for the first week.

Another Mum is doing Lite n Easy and has lost a bit of weight in the few weeks she has been on it. Not sure about the cost.
