It's really hard isn't it!? I find not having sweet things in the house helps. If it's not there, I can't eat it. Also drinking LOTS of water really helps me. I have a water bottle in my hand almost all the time!

i have recently found chromium, its awesome for stopping the ups and downs in blood sugar levels (great for PCOS) and there for stops the cravings for sugar.
I found sugar free lollies a great help to break the sugar cravings. The trick is to only have one as you really need it. When I was working I would just pack 5 or 6 in my lunch box. I found out the bad way about the "laxative effect" from them after I had a whole packet. Once I got through the sugar cravings I found I rarely wanted to eat them.
I am with OG here... Chromium is awesome for sugar & carb cravings.
what is chromium exactly and where do I find it?
