Once a week, on a Wednesday morning, before breakfast and after going to the loo.

Friday mornings DH & I weigh ourselves and compare weights. I do sometimes weigh other days, but don't count these to DH ... I do use the water % part of our scales after hot days to make sure I'm nicely hydrated.

Ha ha, then I'm as fixated as you!
I'm doing weight watchers, have been since September. I found it helped keep me on the straight and narrow and now I can't help myself.
Mind you, I don't get too distressed about what the scales tell me, which kind of makes me wonder why I bother weighing myself so often.

Probably no more than weekly would be a "healthy" thing to do

Ok, so I have packed my scales away into the dark depths of my bathroom vanity & they will not see the light of day until Thursday...............

Kazbah _ What water % thingy? This sounds interesting!!!

I weigh most days, but only because I seem to be magically losing weight atm and I like it! If I am going the other way then I like to avoid the scales.

I weigh daily (in the morning) - how else would I know if what I'm doing (calorie intake wise / exercise wise) is actually working. It helped me learn about how my body loses weight most effectively - I found out heaps by making small adjustments based on those numbers.

I'm a personal trainer / fitness instructor too, and it goes against pretty much all of the literature out there, I know.

BUT, if I didn't weigh daily, I doubt I would have lost the amount of weight I did in the time I did, and healthily!
