The other day I bought Wii-My Fitness Coach, and I want to recommend it to EVERYONE!

First of, you go through this set up where you put in height, weight, measurements (I didn't do those), then she gets you to do certain exercises to see how many you can do. The she uses the information to recommend a exercise program focussing on different areas - I was recommended 'Weight Loss', but I know that probably won't happen for me because of the PCOS, so I chose 'Cardio' instead, as that will affect the PCOS symptoms, and possibly help me to lose some weight eventually

Then you pick a workout area - there are 3 you can choose from straight away, but a total of 8 that you can unlock as you go through. I worked out in a meditation garden today You set your workout calendar - how many days you can work out, and how long each session can be.

Once you start doing the workout, she's there doing the movements, so you can follow her. After each section, she stops and asks how you coped with that - if it was easy, if it was hard, if it was impossible. This may just be for your first workout, because she says she's gonna use it to tailor my future workouts.

At the end of the workout she tells you how many calories you burned, and says she'll see you on the next day you set aside in the calendar!

I just wanted to recommend this to everyone - you don't need the balance board or any equipment apart from the Wii. It works great for me coz I feel self conscious working out in public, but this felt like an actual class!
