    Not sure about Tai Chi, but it does have Yoga!

    Got it from Kmart and no, you don't need the balance board - it actually asks what equipment you have, like free weights/fit ball etc and tailors your workout from there

    If you've got the balance board does it make it better, or it isn't compatible with it at all? I'm debating between buying that one and the active trainer one for $75. I think the regular one is about $39 incl shipping on ebay.

    I don't think its compatible at all Yael - it doesn't measure movements while you're holding the remote like the Wii Fit does, they just assume that you're doing what you're told

    I have Wii Fit and now this Fitness Coach, and I would definitely say Fitness Coach is better if you're trying to get in shape. Wii Fit is great for maintenance, or maybe even between workout days, but there's no real cardio involved. Wii Fit seems to deal more with balance and motor skills, where Fitness Coach is an actualy aerobic workout that you can tailor to your own goals.
