Hehe I went shopping at Kmart yesterday where they have too many mirrors in the change rooms, I'm two dress sizes bigger than I 'should' be and my choice of clothing now is either big baggy stuff that hangs from boob downwards (I'm all boobs at the moment) and makes me look huge, or tight clothes that make me have lumps and bumps in all the bad places. Neither looks good.
I figure I've lost this much weight twice before, its not a good idea to try and rush it, so I'm just going to ignore all the bumps in the mirror for a few months and let BF do its weight loss magic. While hiding the bumps in big jackets
Go slow and steady while BF and as long as you're getting thinner (weight doesn't mean as much as inches) you're doing it right, and get to reward yourself with nicer clothes as you go.
Edit: if you want to *feel* better in the meantime, go buy yourself some of those fancy supporting underpants that claim to suck your thighs and tummy in - a bit of a confidence boost can go a long way. You'll look less bumpy in clothes![]()
