i am over this extra weight and am finding it hard to loose it as i have a back injury which prevents me from doing much physical activity and because of it i am eating myself happy.. which then makes me more unhappy lol
But from today there r no more excuses im cutting out the junk eating only fresh and healthy foods and not pigging out on bad food im going to try my best and get out ofthe house and take a walk even if its a short one once a day . i am bigger now than i was after i had DD i was 68kg after giving birth im not proud that im bigger now ..i have 5-10 kg to loose i would be happy with five but over the moon with 10 or more
My bubs 5 months n i need this now i need to feel better in myself and i wanna look amazing.Before i had DD i was aroundthe 63-65kg mark and now well the last time i weighed myself i was 73kg!!arghh
So know wat i need to know is what else i can do to help shift the weight??
And does anyone else have any weight to loose i would love someone to do it with to help eahc other and motivate one another through this journey !
