Definately know where you are coming from. I always feel like Im shovelling my meal in my mouth at lightening speed because I know Dh will take his sweet time enjoying his food and that the peace with the boys will only last til one has finished the meal so I eat fast to run off and start the bath before all heck breaks loose, lay out PJs, start stacking the dishwasher...................always something to do in the 10min of p&q caused by feeding the hungry horde
Technically with all the food I have to SHARE with others; I should definately be atleast 2 or 3kgs lighter
I really don't get time to eat much more than my 3 meals a day (I usually sneak morning tea in somewhere though ), but I've found my weight has been dropping off. I've always had a fast metabolism though and I do walk to and from school twice a day (a 10 minute walk uphill on the way there), so I'm sure that has helped the weight loss!
I do think you might be onto something with your theory though Bath
true true! totally agree!
What I don't get those, is with all the amounts of running around, lugging around these babies of ours in and our of cars, up onto change tables etc... why the hell doesn't it even itself out!?
Good point Bath. I also think though it is also to do with our mummy instinct of not wasting food. I would be much lighter if the girls just ate their crusts!
