Have you considered seeing someone to talk about why you do this? I'm talking from a psychological perspective as well.
I have a friend who is a binge eater and is also bulimic. She has struggled with food issues for most of her teenage/adult years. She says it is definitely more related to how she feels emotionally than physically.
i think it wouldn't hurt you to join something like weight watchers just to teach you about healthy food. they provide you with lots of recipes and tips. it sounds like you need some support.
hun... i think firstly you need to take 1 day at a time, small goals.. DO NOT try and cut out sugar all together and slowly incorporate new foods into your meals while cutting out the 'bad' stuff.
I would def suggest seeing a dietitian and or a naturopath but it sounds to me that any attempt you make will need to be in small stages.
Maybe you can take DD for a walk, chasing her around is exercise there are little things in our days that we don't THINK are exercise but they are... when you hang the washing put the basket AWAY from the clothes line, you have to walk backwards and forwards to it
GL hun... i know you can do this... you can do anything you set your mind too
I would look at the emotional eating side of this too. Maybe next time you start craving, look at what else is running through your head at the same time.
