Oh you are wonderful! Thank you.

I don't think I can get the book from my friend because she's in Batemans Bay and I'm in Brisbane, but I will look into buying it. The thing is, if I do it, I'll be starting a little later than you guys because I'm away at the Sunshine Coast for a week from the 7th til the 14th and won't be able to start til I get back - no matter though

if you keep an eye out on the TV, bodytrim frequently do free trial offers. You get the whole system for 4 weeks trial and only have to pay for postage, then if its not for you just send it back.

just had a quick look at my book, after the 3 day detox, you can have one serve of carbs or one serve of fruit for breakfast with your protein serve. One carb serve is 1 slice of multigrain bread, 1/2 cup uncooked oats, 1 cup of high fibre cereal or 2 weetbix. You can have skim milk with your cereal and a dash of skim milk in tea or coffee. No sugar drinks are also ok, but they say 3 litres of water a day! (the more you drink the better you will feel)

They do say, you can have protein powder or protein bars as snacks but preferably not in the first 3 days, and no more than a couple of times a week.

Not sure if I have missed anything.

Miss K, I can't pm you as yet, still waiting for membership to switch over. Are you still planning to start on Monday? I went out tonight and got my ricotta cheese to make the jelly cheesecakes on sunday, and got some vacuum packed sliced meat. Going to cook up some chicken breast as well and bought some frozen fish fillets and tuna...so I am set! Monday is going to be interesting however. I will be up from 7am monday through to 7.30pm tuesday because I have a one off night duty, reaching my step count wont be an issue but there will definately be some extra protein snacks eaten

Miss K, I am going to start on Saturday. I feel that right now I am ready, I am in the right mind set to do it and don't want to leave it until monday to get started. So I will (all going well) be a couple of days ahead of you, but hopefully we can still support each other through this process.
