me again! And I feel a bit stupid asking this question.. but I joined WW online last Wednesday. I'm on the plan for BF'ing, as I'm a full-time expresser - so I know my supply could be particularly vulnerable to decline given we don't actually BF, so I want to be really careful.

Anyways, I weighed myself this morning and I've already lost a kilogram!!! I'm a bit surprised, cos I thought I was supposed to only lose 500g a week so as not to impact supply . I've been sticking to my points reasonably well (first day over, second day under, next two days spot on) and i'm also doing wii fit & some good powerwalking with pram (30 mins most days)... so does that mean I should be eating more? Or is it normal to lose a bit more the first week?

Also, on the second day, I re-did the points quiz, cos I felt ravenous the entire first day even though I went 8 points over... anyway, I realised I'm more active than I initially put, so that gave me a few more points (28 points a day - I initally started on 25 a day).

So anyway, wondered if any wise-WW ladies have encountered this, and any suggestions? I feel like i'm not expressing quite as much as usual... and I just want to be soooo careful not to jeopardise my EBM. Should I just eat a few more points worth than it suggests? Or will it settle down?

Seems a dopey thing to complain about... oh and I've been feeling very good, energetic etc... occasionally feel like I could eat a bit more, but not ravenous.
