thanks Alibaby & Chriswell I've weighed a few times more and it's definitely consistent that i've lost a kilo at least. I'm not so sure it's just fluid loss as I've been really careful to keep my fluids up.
I'm still concerned that my volumes of EBM are dropping, so I'm just eating to my points or just slightly over if I still feel hungry. I guess I'm quite happy to go slow & steady on the weight loss... I've got time enough. I just really don't want to jeopardise the milk - that's my first priority at this stage. So I'm just keeping a close eye on it all. Re my cycle, it had just finished a few days before I started WW.. so usually for me that shouldn't impact my weight (I always cop it just before AF usually).
