I don't want to bust your balloon!!! But I don't want you to stop the good work at the same time........ ssssoooooooo ..............Here goes...
Normaly when you first start a diet on the first week you do tend to loose alot.
Another thing to consider is where you are in your cycle (regarding fluid retention) and did you weigh yourself around the same time of day as your weight fluctuates during the day.
thanks Alibaby & Chris well I've weighed a few times more and it's definitely consistent that i've lost a kilo at least. I'm not so sure it's just fluid loss as I've been really careful to keep my fluids up.
I'm still concerned that my volumes of EBM are dropping, so I'm just eating to my points or just slightly over if I still feel hungry. I guess I'm quite happy to go slow & steady on the weight loss... I've got time enough. I just really don't want to jeopardise the milk - that's my first priority at this stage. So I'm just keeping a close eye on it all. Re my cycle, it had just finished a few days before I started WW.. so usually for me that shouldn't impact my weight (I always cop it just before AF usually).
There is no such thing as loosing fluid if you are drinking plenty of water you body will keep the fluid it needs and remove what it doesn't (I owned 5 gyms)
Your not eating as much as you might have been before or you are making smarter choices, that is all. It can be a shock to the body so it loose;s weight fast. I have been doing WW for 8 weeks and lost 7kg so far. I am so happy with it. Good job exercising as well, and dont forget muscle doesnt weight more then fat.. 5kg is 5kg.. regardless.. Its your body making you slimmer and more tonned and so your body will change shape even if you are not loosing you are changing fat into muscle, becoming a leaner simmer person!
