    Hi there,

I was actually reading up lastnight on a company called Mass Attack. They specialise in women with PCOS etc and help them lose weight. Seems quite interesting...worth a look anyway.

    Good Luck

Mollycat, did you see a dietitian through your local Area Health Service/Community Health Centre or did you see a private dietitian? I have PCOS also and have been going to the gym 3 times a week but finding the weight a lot harder to budge.

tk1999 - i was referred to a private dietician by my gyno. I never went to a gym but spent a lot of time walking. I really need to lose more but am finding it really hard at the moment to make the time. I'm finding that I feel really tired, and I know that if I make the effort to walk, that will go an i'll have more energy, just need to make myself get up and go.

Thanks Mollycat, I will put dietitian's onto my list of things to consider to reverse the effects of PCOS.

I have PCOS and have lost around 30kg. I did Tony Ferguson and continued on with my own healthy eating (similar to TF but I have a bowl of pasta and sandwich everynow and then!) I have tried so many different diets, Jenny Craig I actually put weight on (seemed every meal consisted of pasta, rice etc). I couldn't recommend TF enough for PCOS people.
